Location

619 S. Wabash

Artist Statement

"The Wave" is part of a larger series called “Plastic Paradise,” which explores the relationship of man-made materials and natural landscapes. In the series, plastic bags are carefully sculpted into abstract scenes through posing and lighting. This specific image gives the illusion of depth to the building's facade while the vibrant blues bring energy to the city block.
